Find a missing item shipped by Acme Tools

If you order is received and you notice item(s) are missing from the complete order placed, please first check your order status online with our “Track Your Order” feature. If an item from your order is missing completely and your account states it was not shipped separately, please do the following:

  1. Go to the Acme Tools Customer Service Center home page.
  2. Select “Track Order.”
  3. Either "Sign In" or "Track A Guest Order".”
  4. If no information is found, please contact our Acme Tools Customer Support through our "Contact Us" form.

What should you do if part of your order is missing?

When your order is delivered, you should additionally receive a form stating the exact contents of what was purchased and shipped. Please double-check to ensure that the part, item, or package from your order is actually missing from your received package. If you can’t find a part that was supposed to be included with your purchase, please contact your product's manufacturer.

To contact your product’s manufacturer, please use the contact information already present on your purchased and received product. Other ways to find your product-specific manufacturer to contact is either by searching on the internet or by using the paperwork included in the shipped package alongside your item(s).

  • To search for the contact information of a manufacturer, Google phrases like: “milwaukee customer support” or “dewalt customer support”.
  • These searches can be used on most, if not all, search engines including the following: Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo.

If you can’t find any contact information, or if they are unable to help you, please consider initiating an order return with us. Login to your account, or go to our Acme Tools Customer Service Center at AcmeTools.com, and begin the return initiation processes.

What should you do if your entire order is missing?
