How to check if your order was undeliverable:

  • STEP 2: Go to our Customer Service Center.
  • STEP 3: Click Track Your Order.
  • STEP 4: If your package shows undeliverable, please contact our customer support team.

Resends & Refunds:

At Acme Tools, we are unable to re-send orders that shipping carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase the item(s) initially sought after, please place a new order on our website by selecting the exact item from your recent history found in Your Orders.

Common reasons for undeliverable packages:

  • Incorrect or outdated shipping addresses.
  • A package is only marked as undeliverable after several delivery attempts.
