For standard carrier orders less than 150 pounds, Acme Tools ships anywhere within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. For freight orders over 150 pounds, Acme Tools ships only within the continental United States. This excludes both Hawaii and Alaska.

If your order is in stock and was submitted before 12:00 PM Central Time, expedited shipments will ship the same day or the next business day for orders placed on a weekend. Non-expedited shipments are processed within two business days of payment verification, excluding holidays. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s tracking platform.

Acme Tools does not ship to Army Post Offices, Fleet Post Offices, U.S. Territories, Canada, Mexico, or other countries. We additionally cannot ship to PO Boxes for freight orders. We can only ship large orders like these directly to physical addresses. Not all services are available in every zip code. The checkout process at the time of purchase will list all available options.

Acme Tools categorizes orders weighing over 150 pounds as freight or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. LTL freight costs can range from $50.00 to $5,000.00 or more, depending on the shipped cargo, item dimensions, distance traveled, and the required service type. We additionally offer a “Lift Gate” service for an additional charge on most items under 1,500 pounds. Lift Gate Service means the driver will offload the merchandise to the ground. Once on the ground, you are responsible for moving the freight inside. You can also pick up the cargo from the nearest terminal. Please arrange this with the freight carrier before delivery. This option can be selected during the checkout process.

If you choose to purchase our Lift Gate service, please also consider the following:

  • Lift Gate Service by Acme Tools is not available for heavy equipment.
  • Forklifts, telehandlers, and other types of lifts require special equipment for offloading.

When you order online for in-store pickup, the order will usually be processed and ready for pickup on the same day. At that time, you will receive a notification or a call from our Acme Tools professionals, who will notify you when your order is ready. If your order is placed during the afternoon or evening, usually after 12:00 PM Central Time, pickup may be postponed until the next business day.

When you order at Acme Tools for delivery, you receive a purchase email confirmation with your order tracking number and a link to your assigned shipping carrier. Examples of carriers include both FedEx and UPS. Click the link to your carrier’s website and insert the tracking number to receive updates on where your items are. If you want to check your order status with us, please access our Acme Tools Login page. Here, you can enter your order number and shipping zip code to receive updates from Acme Tools.

If you do not receive your order, do not panic! Please check your order status with the carrier provided in your purchase email confirmation. Your order may have been shipped separately, which is expected if you order over and under 150 pounds together. If you cannot find your items and retrieve updates, please contact our Acme Tools customer service center through our Contact Us form.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service center through our Contact Us form. If your order has already been transported to our shipping carriers for delivery, your order is ineligible for cancellation. If you want to cancel your order after it has shipped, you can refuse shipment upon delivery. However, you are responsible for all shipping charges to and from Acme Tools. Orders not leaving an Acme Tools location may be canceled depending on the order status.
