How it works

  2. Submit your tax exemption request Once your account is created, complete the online tax exemption form and upload your exemption certificate. Submitting the form sends your request directly to our team for review.

  3. Get approved Our team will review your submission and notify you by email once your tax-exempt status has been approved. Reviews are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  4. You're all set After approval, all future orders placed through your B2B account will automatically be tax-exempt for your approved shipping address.

Please note: Your tax exemption must be approved before placing a tax-exempt order. We're unable to refund or adjust tax on orders placed before your exemption is approved, or on orders placed outside your B2B account.
