Breakdown of Acme Tools Return Costs

At Acme Tools, return costs depend on the time of the product being returned and whether or not said product was initially received damaged or defective. The following is a breakdown of the costs you can expect to incur when returning an order or item with us:

Defective Item Returns (Must Have Return Authorization)

Acme Tools will also reimburse you for original ground shipping expenses. For defects noticed or recorded after 30 days of the order’s initial shipping date, please refer to your item(s) manufacturer’s warranty information.

If you decide to return an item from your order that is not damaged or defective, within 30 days of the initial shipping date of the merchandise from the warehouse location, Acme Tools will provide a refund for said non-defective item(s).
