Order Cancellation

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders that have already been transported to our shipping carriers for delivery cannot be cancelled. If you still would like to cancel your order after it has shipped, you can refuse the shipment upon delivery. However, you are responsible for the shipping charges to and from Acme Tools. Orders that have not left Acme Tools may be cancelled depending on the order status.


Can you cancel your online order?

Yes, you can cancel your order made at AcmeTools.com in a few different ways. This can be done only up until the day your order has been shipped by either doing it yourself in your Acme Tools user account or by contacting our Customer Support Team through our Contact Us form. If an order has already been shipped out, you must wait until the order has arrived to initiate a return.


Steps to cancel your online order:

  1. Log in to your AcmeTools.com customer user account.
  2. On the ‘My Orders’ , locate the order you would like to cancel. Then select the button titled ‘Cancel Order’.
  3. Select the items from the order that you would like to cancel.
  4. Fill out cancellation form and the submit the cancellation.
