How to track an order with an account:
Step 1: For customers with a user account at AcmeTools.com, the first step in staying updated about your order is to sign in to your account with us. A button on the Customer Service Center home page should be titled "Track Your Order." Select this button. On the selected order tracking page, there should be a section at the top where you can continue as an account user or guest. Click the red button titled "Sign In." This page will require you to sign in to your account with us.
Step 2: Once you have signed in to your account, please enter your order number and the email address initially used when the order was placed. This number may also be found in your order confirmation email sent to your email inbox at the time of purchase. Please note that emails and other communications may be retained for customer support. Furthermore, you may log in or create an Acme Tools user account during the guest order tracking process for a better experience.
- Enter your email and order number.
- Submit the verification code sent to your email address.
Step 3: Once you have entered your email address, order number, and login verification code, you should see your exact order number with all shipped items. At this point, please click the button titled "Track Shipment." This will populate all relevant tracking information for your entire order, including the most current location of the items in your order and a link to your shipping carrier’s tracking website.
How to track an order as a guest user:
Step 1: For customers without an Acme Tools user account, please initiate your order tracking process by accessing our AcmeTools.com Customer Service Center home page and selecting the button at the top of the Track Your Order page. This button takes you to a page to sign in or continue. Here, you'll find answers to your most common order-tracking questions. To continue, select "Track Guest Order" and enter your email address, your order number, and any other relevant information needed for a complete order tracking experience with us.
Step 2: The next step involved entering your order number and the email address initially used to place the order. If you lost your order number, it can be found in your order confirmation email sent to your email at the time of purchase. Please note that emails and other communications may be retained for customer support. Moreover, you may log in or create an Acme Tools user account during the guest order tracking process for a better experience.
