If, instead of a return, a customer prefers to exchange their product for another item or a replacement item, the first step to start this process is to contact our Acme Tools Customer Support Team through our Contact Us form. After contacting our customer support team, please follow all necessary instructions and guidelines to return the product you received for an exchange or part replacement.

Unless specified otherwise, you are not allowed to directly exchange a defective or damaged product for one of another model, brand, or product line. You must exchange your product for the same or a similar make if it is unavailable. The only way around this is to return your order for a refund and order another brand or preferred product model.
