Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless 1in SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer (Bare Tool)

This Makita 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion rotary hammer is engineered with torque limiting clutch to avoid gear damage by automatically disengaging gears, if the bit binds. The 1 Inch cordless hammer has an efficient Makita BL™ brushless motor to deliver up to 50% longer run time, increased power and speed. Motor delivers 0 to 950 RPM, 4700 BPM and 1.7 ft-lb of impact energy. Efficient brushless motor is electronically controlled for optimizing battery energy use, while assuring up to 50% longer run time per charge. Tool is jam packed with ease-of-use and efficiency features like 3-mode operation that is rotation only, hammering with rotation and hammer only. It has a large 2-finger trigger for more convenience and immense comfort. The depth adjustment guide ensures superior drilling depth accuracy. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Variable speed trigger of rotary hammer enables user to match the speed to application for increased versatility. Multiple chisel positions have 40 different positions to align tool more comfortably with the application. Tool is fitted with shock absorbent handle to protect the battery housing for extra durability. Rotary hammer works well with Makita 18 Volt Lithium-Ion batteries with a Star symbol.
