Milwaukee Pipeline 2026: New Tools, Demos & What’s Coming Next | Acme Tools Podcast

Three weeks ago, Acme Tools ventured off of Milwaukee Tool's premier event, Milwaukee Pipeline.

It didn’t disappoint.

Now, it's time to recap it. In this episode of the Acme Tools Podcast, Dave and Zach recap the event with a special guest, Brian Wavra.

Memorable Moments

Milwaukee rolled out this red carpet for Pipeline 2026. It invited tons of creators and affiliates to its event. Upon arriving at Milwaukee’s HQ, everyone was greeted by a wave of Milwaukee employees as they walked off the bus.

This was Acme Tools' first return since 2019. Although he did not attend this year's event, Brian Wavra went in 2018 and 2019. Just from watching from afar, he noticed how much effort Milwaukee put into the event this year and how it focused on each creator's experience.

“It's one of those things where if you get invited to Pipeline, you go, or do everything you can do to go,” Wavra said.

Milwaukee knew people were bringing their cameras. It was prepared. Every Milwaukee representative was ready to go and well-spoken. Want to know the exact specs of a product? No problem. Want them to ramble for 30 seconds or 30 minutes about a product, they can do it.

Milwaukee's employees brought energy and belief in the products they were showcasing. The event offered a wide range of content, with demonstrations constantly underway. Everyone had a chance to try the tools, seeing and feeling them in action rather than simply listening to someone read off their capabilities.

Milwaukee also put its new products up against its old ones to show the performance upgrades.

“It’s nice to see a manufacturer put their new stuff up against their old stuff,” Wavra said.

What stood out

A few of the tools demonstrated at PIPELINE are already available.

Milwaukee’s new battery caught the guys' attention, and for good reason. The new M18 REDLITHIUM XC5 demonstrated its performance against an older battery rather than simply claiming it was better. The compact pack is designed to provide more power without adding unnecessary size. Milwaukee claims it delivers 50% more power than the REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0. It also has REDLINK built into its system.

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 10-1/4-Inch Circular Saw stood out for its combination of power, balance and manageable weight. Wav also liked the blade guard and the saw’s kickback protection. During the demonstration, it cut smoothly without the safety features getting in the way.

It was hard to miss the M18 FUEL Striker. It provides a cordless alternative to pneumatic hammering equipment and features three operating modes, a variable-speed trigger and REDLINK communication between the tool and battery. In the demonstration against a corded competitor, it wasn’t even close.

Milwaukee also showed its M18 Four-Bay Super Charger. What stood out to the guys was how the charger directs cool air through compatible batteries to reduce charging time. Milwaukee’s goal is simple: charge a battery faster than the crew can drain the next one.

That means less time waiting and a better chance of always having a charged battery ready.

Products Still Coming

Milwaukee had plenty more on display.

The larger FORGE HD15 Battery is built for Milwaukee’s most demanding cordless equipment (lots of great information on this product in the podcast).

Electricians will want to watch for Milwaukee’s powered wire puller. It removes much of the physical work involved in manually pulling wire and could be the beginning of a larger lineup in that category.

Then there were the products nobody expected.

Milwaukee introduced a battery-powered rolling refrigerator capable of cooling and freezing (Dave has already decided to buy one upon release), plus a jobsite lunch warmer (already released) that can be scheduled to have food ready at a selected time. If lunch gets pushed back, the warmer keeps the meal heated.

A portable oscillating misting fan can draw water from its one-gallon tank, a bucket or a garden hose. Without water, it still works as a regular fan. There will be no shortage of places for this to be used.

Milwaukee also displayed motorized and handheld broadcast spreaders designed to make lawn and property work more consistent.

"What I thought was the coolest about that was no matter what speed you go, the blade on the bottom turns at the same speed, so you're always getting that consistent spread," Zach said. "If you have been walking for five miles and you're getting tired, you're slowing down, you're not going to be overspreading that area. It's the same consistent spread."

A common theme

One thing is clear: Milwaukee is focused on driving efficiency. Some of its new products are the same size and weight as the previous ones but provide more power and runtime. Faster charging is also a priority at Milwaukee.

“They had a demo setup where they were talking about landscapers and using these new Forge batteries,” Zach said. “The battery will charge faster than it dies, meaning when your battery does end up dying and you go back to the trailer, you’re always going to have a charged battery.”
