Acquires Kubota Dealership from Northern Plains Equipment
Bismarck, North Dakota - October 16th, 2024 - Acme Tools has acquired the Kubota dealership rights for the Bismarck/Mandan region in North Dakota from Northern Plains Equipment in Mandan, North Dakota. Acme Equipment, a division of Acme Tools focusing on equipment brands, has been approved by Kubota Tractor Corporation as the new Kubota dealer.
The Acme Tools store in Bismarck has already begun providing sales and service support for the area. An existing building on Channel Drive, near the Acme Tools store, is being converted and renovated for Acme Equipment and is expected to open in the first quarter of next year. Kubota granted exclusive approval to Acme Equipment across all four of its product categories: Agriculture, Hay/Farm Implements, Construction Equipment, and Turf.
“The new Acme Equipment in Bismarck will support current Kubota customers with award-winning service and provide an excellent sales experience for new customers,” said Steve Kuhlman, president of corporate operations at Acme Tools. “The acquisition adds the Bismarck/Mandan region as the sixth Kubota dealership and third Acme Equipment location to our organization.”
Acme Tools and Acme Equipment are established Kubota dealers with additional locations in Grand Forks, Fargo, Minot, and Williston, N.D., and Bemidji, Minn. Kubota has recognized both Acme Tools and Acme Equipment with its Elite Award of Excellence for Service and Premier Award of Excellence for Sales.
