The new Makita LXT & XGT nailers deliver class-leading performance, and the GNB02 backs that up with twice the nailing speed compared to Makita's 18V LXT framing nailers. It drives 21-degree plastic-collated framing nails from 2 to 3-1/2 inches into dense engineered lumber without hesitation.
The rear lock-and-load magazine holds 41 nails standard, or you can upgrade to the extended capacity magazine that holds 78 nails for fewer reloads. Tool-less depth adjustment gives you precise flush and countersink nailing, and the anti-slip nose keeps control when you're nailing at angles. The two-mode selector switches between sequential nailing and bump fire, depending on the job's needs.
