If Power Tools Were Characters in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey

Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey has dragged Homer’s ancient road trip from hell back into the spotlight. Matt Damon’s Odysseus faces monsters, storms, scheming rivals and one spectacularly difficult commute home.

Naturally, we had one question: Would this journey have been easier with a properly stocked tool cart?

Probably. A powerful drill could have improved the Trojan Horse. A professional chainsaw would have changed the encounter with the Cyclops considerably. And after years at sea, someone desperately needed a modular storage system.
