ZRC Aerosol Cold Galvanizing Compound 12 Oz

ZRC 10000 Cold Galvanizing Compound is a high-performance zinc coating designed to provide galvanic corrosion protection for steel and other metal surfaces. Formulated with high-purity ASTM D520 Type III zinc dust and a specialized organic binder, the coating produces a dried film containing 95% metallic zinc. It is designed for corrosion protection applications and can be used without a topcoat as an alternative repair coating to hot-dip galvanizing, or as a base coat beneath compatible topcoats. The compound is suitable for repairing damaged hot-dip galvanized surfaces, Galvalume, zinc metallizing, weldments, worn galvanized coatings, and damaged inorganic zinc coatings. Its aerosol format provides a convenient application method for maintenance and repair work. The coating is suitable for structural steel, bridges, steel decking, water and wastewater facilities, power plants, transmission towers, antenna structures, and various OEM applications requiring long-term corrosion resistance.
