The IQ Connect™ - magnetic mount was designed to provide the DIYer, craftsman, hobbyist, maker, and trade professional with an additional mounting option for connecting the IQ Connect hands-free accessories, including the IQ Connect work light, magnifying glass, and cell phone holder. The Magnetic Mount offers enhanced mobility, allowing you to move your IQ Connect accessories directly to your work area so you can get assistance where and when you need it. The IQ Connect - magnetic mount is equipped with 6 powerful N52 rare earth magnets which provide a very strong hold on any ferrous metal surface. Non-marring, anti-slip rubber surrounds the magnets, ensuring the mount stays in place without slipping when attached to vertical metal surfaces. With this mount you can position IQ Connect hands-free accessories in countless places, such as on a tool cabinet, shop tool, under a car hood, on farm equipment, a steel beam, or any other ferrous metal surface.
