Its spring-loaded latch makes it easier to lock onto the ladder and remove it quickly without tools. The Werner stabilizer's rubber end caps help to prevent damage to any work surface. It has a total span of 44 inches and a wide standoff of 10 inches, providing you with ample versatility. Conveniently, a paint can hook is included with the Werner QuickClick ladder stabilizer. The manufacturer recommends not using this part with some Werner equipment, specifically: Werner Type II fiberglass and Type III aluminum extension ladders. The company also suggests not to use the Werner stabilizer with ladders 40 feet tall or more and ladder jack planks and stages.
