This cooker includes a porcelain-enameled bowl, lid, water pan and charcoal chamber to allow you to smoke your food at the hottest of temperatures. Beneath the lid, a 14-inch cooking area provides you with a large 286 square-inch grilling space, giving you the area to slow cook your largest food. This Smokey Mountain smoker sports a pair of steel cooking grates to provide durability, heat resistance and to allow the cooker's smokey flavor to penetrate your meat. The lid features a prominently mounted thermometer for precise temperature readings. This Weber cooker smoker also makes use of four rust-resistant aluminum vents for a long-lasting ventilation system that won't jam or get blocked over time.
