The Trend Mini Flexible Curve Guide provides a convenient solution for creating repeatable curved patterns and precise routed shapes in woodworking applications. Measuring 5/16 Inch wide by 19-1/2 Inch long, this flexible guide can be shaped to produce round, segmental, and elliptical arches, curves, and cutouts. It can be used with a router and bearing-guided cutter or with a guide bush and unguided cutter, providing flexibility for different routing methods. The guide attaches securely to a template using the included fixing screws, helping maintain consistent positioning during repeated routing operations. Templates should be rough cut oversize before routing to provide material for accurate final shaping. Designed for MDF boards up to 3/8 Inch thick, it supports common template-making applications. A user-made 5/16 Inch spacer should be fitted to the underside of the router to help maintain stability during routing. This flexible guide is well suited for professional and hobbyist woodworkers creating consistent curved profiles and detailed cutouts.
