I agree with the others commenting here, that Acme tools is a terrible company. The way they manage orders is frustrating and inconsistent. Their projected delivery dates are constantly changing and they cancel orders without notice and for no reason. They also continuously charge and refund your payment method, which is an accounting nightmare. Hey ACME, if you're actually paying attention, here's what needs to happen when a customer orders a product. . . When an order is placed, you immediately charge the customer's payment method one time for the full amount of the order. Then you fulfill the order within the lead time given. If the lead time changes for any reason, you notify the customer and give them the option to wait or request a refund. Simple right? Nobody wants to wait for months only to find out Acme has auto cancelled an order and now the customer gets to wait all over again. Most importantly, this nonsense of repeatedly charging and refunding orders needs to stop. You are losing business because of this. Another Disappointed and Frustrated Customer, Steve A.
