How do I set the controls to start my RB 400? (1st time to start this season.)

Hi Dale, which controls are you speaking about? The engine controls would need to be in the on position and full choke until it starts, and then turn the choke off once it starts to sputter or is warm. There should not be any controls on the pressure washer pump that you need to adjust. Just connect the hose and wand, then choose the tip you require. Hook up the hose and wand, connect the water, start the engine, and start spraying.
