**** acme tools. Received t235 plastic covers smashed to bits. Acme has to receive tool before shipping replacement. Absolutely ******** policy. This company is a joke, going to be a solid month from order date to when replacement is received. Purchase from a competent place this is NOT it.

Duster the buster. I do not understand at all, if you don't receive the original damaged item from a customer in 30 days you charge them for a 2nd unit. Super simple problem solved, your midwest *** backwards policy is dumb as this cooperation.

I am not spending 700 dollars on a weed wacker because ACME Sucks refund or not. SHIP ME A REPLACEMENT UNIT.
