Do it come with everything I need to use the post driver or do I need to buy additional parts to attach it to an air compressor?

Hi Keyri. This item is just the Pneumatic Post driver and chuck; it does not include the recommended throttle valve, air filter & regulator. If you are looking for a complete set, please see the item below for 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" posts.
