Milwaukee Pipeline - 2026 New Products so far

An air hose disappeared. Four batteries began charging at once. A 10-1/4-inch saw went through 4x material in one pass. Lunch warmed itself.

Milwaukee Pipeline 2026 is still ahead, but Milwaukee has not been waiting for the event to start releasing products. Several new tools and PACKOUT additions are already available or open for preorder, giving us an early look at where the lineup is heading.

These products stretch across automotive repair, carpentry, pipe trades, safety equipment and jobsite storage. They serve different crews, but they are aimed at the same problem: time lost to setup, cleanup, charging, searching and waiting.

Here is a closer look at eight Milwaukee products released or opened for preorder ahead of the upcoming Pipeline event.

Milwaukee M18 FUEL STRIKER Hammer Chisel

Pneumatic tools have plenty of power. They also come with hoses, compressors and a habit of getting tangled around whatever is closest.

Milwaukee calls the new M18 FUEL STRIKER Hammer Chisel the world’s first cordless tool to deliver pneumatic-equivalent striking performance. Its POWERSTATE brushless motor produces up to 7 joules of impact energy, comparable to a 145 PSI air tool, with speeds reaching 3,000 BPM.

Three operating modes and a variable-speed trigger give mechanics greater control when removing ball joints, bushings and seized suspension components. Ramp-up mode provides a more controlled start, while the .401-inch round-shank twist chuck allows tool-free bit changes.

There is no compressor to wheel over and no hose to drag under the vehicle. Insert an M18 battery, install the accessory and get to work.

The STRIKER is sold as a bare tool, so the battery and charger must be purchased separately.

Milwaukee M18 Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler

Threading pipe can get messy quickly. Oil goes where it is needed, then finds several places where it is not.

The Milwaukee M18 Brushless Pipe Threading Oiler is designed to keep that process contained. Its steel frame attaches to a pipe vise, while the self-contained catch basin provides 127 degrees of debris collection when paired with the Milwaukee 48-22-8690.

An adjustable hose and flow rate help place oil where it belongs, improving thread quality and helping extend die life. A three-stage filtration system separates chips from the oil, allowing the fluid to be recycled and extending the time between cleanouts.

The sealed basin and carrying handle also make setup, teardown and transportation easier. Paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery, Milwaukee says the oiler can provide all-day runtime.

For pipefitters, plumbers and mechanical contractors, less time wiping up oil means more time finishing threads.

PACKOUT began as a modular storage system. These releases push it further into charging, food storage and quick-access organization.

The PACKOUT XL Crate is built for equipment that does not fit neatly into a small organizer.

It carries up to 75 pounds and can stack or hang with compatible PACKOUT components. Its wide front opening keeps tools accessible while the crate is stacked, eliminating the familiar routine of dismantling half the tower to reach one item.

Integrated side handles make it easier to carry, while weep holes prevent water from collecting inside. Attachment-ready mounting points also provide space for compatible accessories and small-parts storage.

It is a straightforward product, but that is the appeal. Load it, stack it and keep moving.

Some tools belong in a crate. Others need a dedicated spot before they disappear beneath everything else.

The PACKOUT Single Drawer Tool Box provides a 50-pound capacity and one-handed drawer access. Quick-adjust dividers allow the interior to be configured for hand tools, accessories, diagnostic equipment or frequently used supplies.

A locking security bar accepts a padlock for transport and storage. Reinforced metal corners, an impact-resistant body and metal ball-bearing slides give the drawer the construction needed for regular jobsite use.

Most importantly, the drawer remains accessible without removing the boxes stacked above it.

Battery management becomes a job of its own when a crew is running multiple M18 and M12 tools.

The new M18 and M12 Four-Bay Simultaneous Super Charger charges as many as four battery packs at once. CHARGE ADAPT technology distributes power across the installed batteries, while the COOL-CYCLE Active Cooling System cools hot packs so they can accept a charge sooner.

Milwaukee rates the system at up to 10 times faster than standard chargers. It can fully charge four M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE HD12.0 batteries in approximately 90 minutes or bring XC8.0 and HD12.0 packs to 80% in about 35 minutes.

PACKOUT compatibility allows the charger to travel as part of the storage stack instead of becoming another loose item rolling around the truck.

Pipeline products are usually judged by torque, speed and runtime. The M18 Jobsite Lunch Warmer attacks a different productivity problem: the break-room microwave being six miles away.

Users can preset their meal time and let the warmer handle the rest. It offers low, medium and high heat settings, along with custom foam insulation to retain heat.

The included stainless-steel container holds 4.75 cups and uses a leakproof lid. Milwaukee says one M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 battery can heat up to two meals.

An impact-resistant, IP54-rated housing protects it against jobsite dust and water, while PACKOUT compatibility lets it lock into the same storage system as the rest of the day’s equipment.

It may not drive a fastener, but a hot lunch has rescued more afternoon productivity than some tools ever will.

Milwaukee M18 FUEL 10-1/4-Inch Rear-Handle Circular Saw

Cutting 4x material typically means making two passes or bringing a considerably larger saw to the job.

The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 10-1/4-Inch Rear-Handle Circular Saw provides a 3-13/16-inch cutting depth at 90 degrees, allowing it to cut through 4x dimensional lumber in one pass. At 10.3 pounds without a battery, Milwaukee describes it as the lightest 10-1/4-inch circular saw in its class.

AUTOSTOP Advanced Kickback Protection shuts off power when the saw detects a severe kickback event. Additional features include an electric brake, LED work light, rafter hook and magnesium guards and shoe.

Paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE HD12.0 battery, the saw can complete up to 250 cuts through 4x4 material per charge. The battery is sold separately, but the saw remains compatible with the full M18 battery platform.

For framers, remodelers and general contractors, the draw is simple: one-pass capacity without returning to a cord.

Milwaukee Polarized Wrap-Around Safety Glasses

Not every new Milwaukee release needs a battery.

The Milwaukee Polarized Wrap-Around Safety Glasses use red mirrored, dual-coated lenses to reduce glare and provide full coverage during outdoor work. An anti-scratch exterior coating protects against everyday wear, while the fog-resistant interior helps maintain visibility as working conditions change.

Soft temple arms and a flexible nose pad support extended wear. The glasses are rated to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3 standards.

They make sense for outdoor construction, landscaping, roadwork and any job where bright sunlight competes with the work in front of you.

These products provide the opening chapter for Milwaukee Pipeline 2026, not the complete lineup.

The STRIKER removes the air hose. The pipe-threading oiler reduces cleanup. The Super Charger keeps four batteries moving. PACKOUT provides faster access and better transport. The circular saw eliminates a second pass through 4x material. Even lunch and outdoor eye protection have been folded into the broader jobsite system.

Milwaukee is not only adding tools. It is going after the minutes lost between using them.
