Milwaukee Pipeline 2026 Bucket 2: New M18, M12, PACKOUT and BOLT Products Announced

Milwaukee did not play it safe with Bucket 2.

An M18 refrigerator that can freeze, a 15Ah FORGE battery, two new jobsite fans and a PACKOUT hand truck rated for 400 pounds are all on the way. Milwaukee also announced a new rolling tool chest and two BOLT welding hoods, pushing its cordless, storage and safety systems into entirely new territory.

These products are not available yet, but Milwaukee has now shared key details about what users can expect.

Here is your first detailed look at what is coming next from Milwaukee Pipeline 2026.

The PACKOUT stack is officially getting a refrigerator.

The M18 30QT Rolling Fridge can chill or freeze contents at adjustable temperatures from -4°F to 43°F. It offers 30 quarts of usable storage and delivers more than 24 hours of cooling performance without ice.

That means more room for drinks and food, with no melted ice water waiting to ruin your sandwich.

Power options include one or two M18 batteries, an AC connection or a 12V DC vehicle adapter. Heavy-duty 9-inch all-terrain wheels, an impact-resistant body and a retractable steel handle are designed to help it travel across jobsites.

It also connects with the PACKOUT system, giving crews one less separate item to wrestle into the truck.

The rolling fridge will get attention. The new FORGE HD15 battery could have the larger impact on Milwaukee’s M18 system.

Milwaukee says the 15Ah battery delivers 50% more power and 25% more runtime than its HIGH OUTPUT 12.0 battery while maintaining the same physical size. It is designed for demanding M18 equipment where power and runtime matter more than keeping the battery as small as possible.

The HD15 is also COOL-CYCLE capable. When paired with Milwaukee’s M18 Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger, it can charge to 80% in 25 minutes. An upgraded venting design and patented ingress coating support active cooling while helping protect the battery.

Additional features include oil-, grease- and solvent-resistant housing, REDLINK overload protection and compatibility with more than 300 M18 products.

Summer jobsites rarely offer much shade. Milwaukee’s new M18 misting fan is built to bring you relief.

The fan delivers up to 1,450 CFM and air speeds reaching 12 mph, with coverage of up to 350 square feet. Adjustable misting lets users adapt the output instead of choosing between completely dry and completely soaked.

Water can be supplied through the included one-gallon tank, a bucket or a hose. That flexibility should make the fan useful for construction crews, landscapers, outdoor events, and hot garages.

The coworker who parks directly in front of it may still be an issue.

The newly announced M12 Brushless Mounting Fan is aimed at places where floor space is limited but airflow is badly needed.

It produces up to 400 CFM and air speeds of up to 17 mph. A multi-pivot head helps direct that air where it belongs, while clamp, magnet and passthrough mounting options provide three ways to secure it.

That could make it a practical fit for service vehicles, workbenches, mechanical rooms, equipment cabs and other tight work areas. Its mounting-focused design should also make storage easier when the job is finished.

Large rolling boxes hold plenty of gear, but accessing it can become a project of its own.

The PACKOUT Rolling Tool Chest with Compact Split Lid will provide quicker access to power tools, batteries and accessories. Its split-lid layout should let users reach stored equipment without opening one oversized top.

Inside, a customizable layout with adjustable dividers helps separate tools and supplies. The chest also supports toolbox attachments, carries up to 250 pounds and uses an impact-resistant body built for jobsite conditions.

For crews that carry plenty of gear but still want some order inside the box, this could be one of the most practical announcements in Bucket 2.

Not every load fits neatly inside a toolbox.

The PACKOUT Hand Truck has a 400-pound capacity, a durable steel body and modular connectivity with PACKOUT components. Its 10-inch flat-free wheels are designed for rough terrain, while a 24-inch wheelbase provides stability without making the cart too wide for standard doorways.

A single lever folds the base plate down for use and back up for storage. It is a straightforward addition, but one that could save plenty of lifting when moving heavy tools, materials and PACKOUT stacks.

Milwaukee is expanding BOLT into welding protection with a new auto-darkening hood.

The hood works with both BOLT head protection and Milwaukee’s Welding Hood Suspension. A sliding adjustment system provides five fore-and-aft positions, helping welders set the lens at a comfortable distance from the face.

Three customizable presets are designed to make switching between preferred welding settings faster. Milwaukee also added durable pivots and extended neck and ear coverage for protection against sparks, spatter and debris.

Because it belongs to the BOLT system, compatible accessories can be secured alongside the hood.

Milwaukee also announced a passive version for welders who prefer a traditional fixed lens.

The BOLT Passive Welding Hood uses a fixed Shade 10 lens and includes the same five-position fore-and-aft adjustment. It is compatible with BOLT head protection and Milwaukee’s Welding Hood Suspension, with extended neck and ear coverage and durable pivots for repeated adjustments.

It brings the adaptable fit of the BOLT platform to a simpler welding hood without adding settings that some users may not need.

Bucket 2 is less about one headline tool and more about Milwaukee expanding its systems into additional parts of the workday.

The M18 platform is moving into refrigeration and serious jobsite cooling. PACKOUT is gaining new ways to organize and transport heavier loads. BOLT is moving into welding, while the FORGE HD15 is being positioned to power Milwaukee’s most demanding cordless equipment.
