Winter is near. Yeah, it sucks, but you can’t stop it. What you can do is be prepared, and that’s where this piece of art comes in.
The Ariens Platinum 24 SHO Two-Stage Snow Blower packs a 389cc engine into a manageable 24-inch machine. It’s made for people who deal with real winter, not for the folks who experience 6 inches of snow each year.
Serious Power in a Compact Package
The 24-inch clearing width gives you enough capacity for large driveways without making the snow blower unnecessarily difficult to store or maneuver.
Power comes from a 389cc Ariens AX engine, paired with a 14-inch auger and Ariens’ Super High Output impeller. That SHO system helps the machine move more snow and work through dense, heavy conditions without slowing you down.
Ariens also uses an exclusive dual-belt drive to transfer power through tough conditions while helping extend belt life. The large cast-iron gear case adds even more durability where it matters.
Easier to Control
A powerful snow blower should never feel like you’re wrestling it down the driveway.
The Auto-Turn steering system is a game-changer, featuring a zero-degree turning radius, making it easier to change direction without manually pulling the machine around. Quick Turn chute rotation also lets you redirect snow without interrupting your pace.
The built-in hand warmers are a great feature to help keep your fingers comfortable. You also get both 120V electric starting and a manual recoil option, so you can get moving without fighting a frozen engine.

Who Needs It?
This snow blower is built for homeowners with medium-to-large driveways, frequent snowfall and little patience for underpowered equipment. It also makes sense for property owners who regularly need to clear packed snow left behind by street plows.
If your winters involve more than a light dusting, buying a serious snow blower before the first storm is much better than searching for one after your driveway disappears.
The Ariens Platinum 24 SHO gives you the power, control and comfort needed to take winter seriously. Snow is coming either way. You might as well be ready for it.
