Milwaukee PIPELINE has always been about what comes next. Today, “next” becomes right now.
The latest wave of Milwaukee PIPELINE 2026 releases is here, and there’s a little bit of everything in this drop. A cordless hammer chisel built to replace a pneumatic setup. New M18 HIGH OUTPUT batteries. Smarter hand tools for miserable-to-reach fasteners. Better bits for hard tile. Even a new generation of cut-resistant gloves.
Some are major additions to the Milwaukee lineup. Others solve those small, daily annoyances that tradespeople know all too well.
Here’s your first look at what just landed.
Milwaukee M18 FUEL STRIKER Hammer Chisel
The STRIKER has already made some noise. Now, there’s a new way to get your hands on it.
The new Milwaukee M18 FUEL STRIKER Hammer Chisel is the world’s first cordless hammer chisel, built to deliver the striking performance of a long-barrel pneumatic without dragging an air hose and compressor along for the job.
Its POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers 7 joules of striking force, equivalent to leading pneumatic tools running at 145 PSI shop pressure. For service technicians, that means suspension teardown and ball joint removal at pneumatic speed, with an M18 battery powering the whole thing.
The M18 Fuel Striker Hammer Chisel comes in a kit with the new M18 REDLITHIUM XC5 Resistant Battery, along with a Hammer Chisel Bit and Flat Chisel Bit.
Key features:
- 7 joules of striking force
- Up to 3,000 BPM
- Three operating modes, including a controlled ramp-up mode
- Variable-speed trigger for feathering the strike
- .401-inch round-shank twist chuck with automatic locking
- Targeted LED work light
- REDLINK PLUS Intelligence
- Compatible with M18 REDLITHIUM batteries and chargers
- 3-year manufacturer warranty
If you regularly reach for an air hammer, the STRIKER is the release to watch. Getting the hose off the floor might be reason enough.
New Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5 Battery
Milwaukee is also giving one of the most useful battery sizes in the M18 lineup a serious power bump.
The new M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5 delivers 50% more power than the REDLITHIUM XC5.0, while maintaining 5Ah of runtime. Milwaukee places it at PWR Level 3 on its M18 REDLITHIUM Power scale.
The redesigned pack construction is built for increased jobsite durability, while an upgraded fuel-gauge button makes checking the remaining charge easier.
Most importantly, it remains compatible with the M18 system of more than 300 tools.
Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC5 Resistant Battery
Work around oil, grease and solvents all day? There’s another version of the XC5 worth knowing about.
The HIGH OUTPUT XC5 Resistant Battery carries the same 50% power increase over the REDLITHIUM XC5.0 and 5Ah capacity, but adds a resistant housing designed for greater protection from common oils, greases and solvents.
That makes this version particularly interesting for mechanics, service technicians and other trades working in messy environments where a clean battery at the end of the day is mostly wishful thinking.
Milwaukee Hard Tile and Glass Bit Kit
Anyone who has watched a bit wander across a piece of expensive tile knows why this one matters.
Milwaukee’s new Hard Tile and Glass Bits use a sharp carbide tip designed to produce clean holes with minimal bit walking. Milwaukee says they provide up to 10X life in porcelain tile compared with standard competitive glass and tile bits.
The four-piece kit includes:
- 1/8-inch bit
- 3/16-inch bit
- 1/4-inch bit
- 5/16-inch bit
The bits are designed for drill/drivers and can be used on porcelain tile, hard tile, ceramic tile and glass. A wide flute helps move dust out of the hole efficiently.
It’s not the flashiest PIPELINE release. The first time you need to put a clean hole through porcelain, you probably won’t care.
Milwaukee 44-Piece 1/4-Inch Drive Hex Mini Bit Ratchet Set
There are tight spaces, and then there are the spaces where you start questioning who designed the machine in the first place.
That’s where Milwaukee’s new 44-piece Mini Bit Ratchet Set comes in.
The 90-tooth ratchet delivers a tight 4-degree arc swing, while the head can either move freely or lock into seven different positions. Combine that with a slim ratchet profile and low-profile bits and sockets, and the set is built specifically for fasteners that don’t leave you much room to work.
Other highlights include:
- Flush directional lever
- Laser-etched socket sizing
- Stamped bit sizing
- Chrome plating for rust and corrosion protection
- Storage case designed for use in PACKOUT
- Lifetime Guarantee on Milwaukee Mechanics Hand Tools
- Limited Lifetime Warranty on the case
Mechanics, maintenance crews and anyone regularly fighting buried fasteners should get plenty of use out of this one.
Milwaukee Cut Level 6 High-Dexterity Nitrile Dipped Gloves
PPE rarely steals the show at a new-tool launch. These gloves make a pretty good case for paying attention anyway.
Milwaukee’s new Cut Level 6 High-Dexterity Nitrile Dipped Gloves combine an 18-gauge coreless knit with WEAR-DEFENSE Protection. The idea is simple: serious cut protection without turning your hands into two oven mitts.
They are rated:
- ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 Cut Level 6
- ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 Abrasion Level 6
- ANSI/ISEA 105-2024 Puncture Level 4
Milwaukee designed the lighter 18-gauge construction for mobility, stretch and breathability, while WEAR-DEFENSE targets durability in high-wear areas.
Milwaukee PIPELINE 2026 Is Just Getting Started
