The latest release is the Milwaukee M18 FUEL 3/4-Inch High Torque Impact Wrench with ONE-KEY. It is built for heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, structural steel, large pipe flanges and other jobs where a smaller impact wrench simply will not cut it.
More importantly, it delivers serious power without dragging around a compressor and air hose.
Plenty of Power Without the Hose
The POWERSTATE Brushless Motor delivers up to 2,000 ft-lbs of nut-busting torque and 1,800 ft-lbs of fastening torque.
Milwaukee also claims up to 40% faster removal speeds than cordless and pneumatic competition. When paired with an M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE XC8.0 battery, the impact wrench can install up to 120 1-1/4-inch bolts on one charge.
That’s a whole lot of heavy-duty action before you even have to look at your charger.
More Power Does Not Mean Less Control
A tool this powerful needs more than an on-and-off trigger.
The four-mode DRIVE CONTROL system lets you adjust speed and power for the application. ONE-KEY adds tool tracking, management and customizable settings, including repeatable torque output.
In Mode 4, AUTO SHUTOFF limits fastening torque to 75 ft-lbs to help prevent overtightening. Bolt Removal Mode uses full power until the fastener breaks loose, then slows to 750 RPM for a more controlled removal.
A patented battery-isolation system helps control vibration at the battery connection, while three LED lights improve visibility around the fastener.
Bare Tool or Complete Kit?
The impact wrench is available in two configurations.
The bare tool, model 2964-20, is the better option if you already own M18 batteries and a charger.

Just make sure you buy the correct one. This boot is made specifically for the 2964-20 impact wrench and should not be used on other models or near live electrical circuits.
