The ThermoPro TempSpike Pro Add-On Probe expands the TempSpike Pro TP980 system for multi-probe cooking temperature monitoring. Designed to pair with the TempSpike Pro hub, the add-on probe uses four sensors consisting of three internal sensors and one ambient sensor to provide detailed temperature information. Its stated accuracy is ±0.5°F, with internal temperature measurement up to 212°F and ambient measurement up to 527°F. The ultra-thin 1.85 mm probe profile helps minimize the insertion footprint when monitoring food, while the ceramic handle withstands temperatures up to 1050°F for demanding searing and frying applications. IP67 waterproof construction allows convenient cleaning, and dishwasher-safe materials simplify post-cooking maintenance. A 15-minute quick charge provides more than 36 hours of runtime, supporting extended cooking sessions. The color-coded cap helps identify individual probes when monitoring multiple foods.
