This SuperBrush 24-inch Single-Brush Sander with 80 Grit Dense Short Nylon Brush from SuperMax provides quick and consistent results for all sorts of applications. It has a variable speed brush that adjusts to accommodate different tasks. This SuperBrush 24-inch single brush sander also changes conveyor speeds and head heights, so you can sand, polish or clean your chosen materials. A poly conveyor belt withstands all these applications and its tension is easily adjusted to prevent slips. The SuperMax variable speed brush sander uses various abrasive heads to complete these jobs and it comes with an 80 grit nylon head for versatility. A wide conveyor bed supports 24 inches of material with every pass, and the head adjusts for materials up to 11 inches thick. The brush sander weighs 525 pounds and has a sturdy steel body to add stability; its heavy steel housing reduces vibrations. A 5 HP motor delivers enough power for all sanding jobs and the machine processes up to 30 feet of material per minute.
