DB150-01 is a MCN150 Nailer - Driver & Bumper Service Kit which includes SP 174061C piston driver & SP 174075 piston bumper. SP 174061C Piston Driver with O-Ring. Aluminum is crimped into the UNI-LOK grooves of the shaft to prevent unscrewing. Hardened steel lock tite and micro-mechanically locked piston driver interface. Guaranteed never to unscrew. SP 174075 Piston Bumper: Precision machined, virgin high density black color plastic framer bumper - PU Material.

Rockwell Hardness Testing: Standard alloy drive hardness ranges between 64-66 HRC along the shaft
Driver is annealed at the threaded end to lower the hardness and make the material more ductile for improved shock resistance
The aluminum piston driver is heat treated to maintain strength and durability for excessive use and wear and tear
Designed with our UNI-LOK technology that hydraulically crimps the grooves of the shaft to ensure the piston driver never unscrews
