The Solo Stove Steelfire 22 Inch Stainless Steel Griddle is designed to bring high-performance outdoor cooking to backyards, campsites, tailgates, and other outdoor gatherings. Its triple-layer clad stainless steel cooking surface is engineered for faster heating, even heat distribution, and straightforward cleanup without requiring seasoning. The proprietary Solo Racetrack Burner is designed to maximize usable cooking space while delivering consistent heat across the cooktop. Steelfire can reach searing temperatures in approximately seven minutes and is designed to heat faster than traditional cast iron griddles, helping shorten preparation and cooking times. The stainless steel surface resists rust and provides durable everyday performance. The tabletop configuration allows flexible placement on suitable outdoor surfaces. For proper operation, use the griddle outdoors only, complete the initial burn before first use, and preheat for seven to ten minutes before cooking. The warm surface can be scraped clean before final wiping and storage. Steelfire griddle burners are powered by liquid propane for fast, even heating for outdoor cooking.
