The Diablo® 9-Inch X 46 Tooth STEEL DEMON™ metal cutting saw blade features cermet teeth, which last up to five times longer than standard carbide teeth. This blade makes fast, precise cuts through ferrous metals, including stainless steel. The laser-cut stabilizer vents seen on the surface of the Diablo 9-inch Steel Demon metal cutting saw blade combat vibration and noise, keeping the blade cool and your cut precise. A Triple Chip Grind (TCG) tooth design improves lifespan and helps you achieve a clean, burr-free finish while reducing sparks.

Tri-metal brazing increases the longevity of this blade and improves impact resistance. Instead of using a single brazing layer to bond the blade tips, this Diablo 46-tooth cermet saw blade has a sandwich of layers with a cushioning copper-alloy center. A Perma-SHIELD® nonstick coating lessens friction, preventing overheating and distortion.
