The DeWALT 20 Volt Max 1-1/8 Inch SDS-Plus L-shape rotary hammer tool is a high-performance drill powered by a brushless motor and a durable German-engineered mechanism, which delivers 3.5 Joules of impact energy for fast drilling in concrete. This lightweight cordless tool is perfect for structural connections, beam and column anchorage, rod hanging, seismic and safety attachments, steel stanchion mounting as well as cable tray and strut mounting. Rotating dial aids to set tool to a specific application mode that includes drill, hammer drill or chip. It is a part of the PERFORM and PROTECT™ product line, which is integrated with the anti-rotation E-CLUTCH® system and the SHOCKS ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROL® system. This E-CLUTCH protects the user in bind-up situations by stopping the rotation of the bit. SHOCKS® effectively minimizes vibration felt by the user at the handles compared to rotary hammers without this feature. This hammer becomes OSHA Table 1 Compliant when used with the DWH304DH on-board extractor. Rotary hammer tool comes with a depth rod and 360 degree side handle.
