A ratchet binder like no other! Has a fold-down handle allowing for ratcheting in tight spaces and then folds down out of the way. To be used with higher grade alloy tie-down chains: grades 100, 80, and 70. Rated at 7100 Lbs. WLL.

So many features: fold down handle allows ratcheting in tight spaces then folds down out of the way, oversized plastic grip handle makes for great gripping, neutral position in the gear allows for quick spinning adjustment to rapidly adjust the hooks
Yellow electro zinc eye bolts and hooks ward off rust and indicate higher WLL capability
Like any machine with moving parts, threads must be lubricated at all times, note: eye bolts are pinned so threads cannot completely back out, this ensures that minimum required thread contact is always achieved, red stripe warning on threads
Meets all dot requirements, safe working load limit of 7100 Lbs.
