The Safety Speed H5-64 is a professional H-Series vertical panel saw designed for demanding panel processing in woodworking shops, fabrication facilities, contractor operations, and production environments. Its 10 Ft welded steel frame provides a durable foundation, while the rotating saw head allows quick transitions between vertical crosscutting and horizontal ripping. With a 64 Inch maximum crosscut capacity, the saw accommodates large sheet materials, while the rotating head can be locked at 90-degree increments to establish the required cutting orientation. A 3 HP 120V motor delivers dependable cutting power, and four Nylatron roller-bearing systems support smooth material movement. Adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers simplify dimensional setup, while the thin-material pressure guard helps stabilize flexible workpieces. The spring-loaded counterbalance system helps offset saw weight during operation, and the integrated dust collection bonnet assists with dust management. An emergency stop provides an additional safety control, while TUV certification to UL/CSA standards supports use in professional environments requiring recognized safety compliance.
