The Safety Speed 7400MA is a heavy-duty vertical panel saw designed for professional production, woodworking, fabrication, and demanding workshop applications. Its 460V, 3 HP three-phase configuration provides power for high-volume panel processing, while the machine is engineered to achieve tight vertical cutting tolerances within .005 Inch. Rigid beams and a rugged welded steel frame provide structural stability, and the integrated stand supports reliable shop operation. The patented MID-WAY Fence provides integrated material positioning, while 22 aluminum rollers facilitate smooth movement of panels through the cutting area. A dual V-track precision guide system promotes controlled saw travel, and the floating pressure saw foot helps maintain material contact during cutting. Adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers assist with accurate setup, while quick-change operation allows convenient transitions between vertical and horizontal cutting. Optional material scoring and automated length-measuring systems can expand production capabilities. Dust collection readiness, TUV certification to UL/CSA standards, and a three-year warranty further support professional use.
