The Safety Speed 6480-20C4 is a portable vertical panel saw designed for efficient crosscutting and ripping in professional shops, contractor operations, and workshops. Its compact 5 Ft frame provides a 50 Inch maximum crosscut and 96 Inch rip capacity, with cutting accuracy up to 1/32 Inch and a 1.75 Inch maximum cut depth. The upgraded 3 HP, 120V worm-drive motor provides industrial-duty cutting performance and includes an integrated emergency stop. A welded steel frame and advanced roller-bearing system support stability and smooth material movement, while the folding stand and wheels simplify repositioning around the shop. Adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers assist with accurate setup, and quick-change cutting allows convenient transitions between orientations. A pressure guard helps control thin materials, while the spring-loaded counterbalance system offsets saw weight. The included general-purpose blade and integrated dust bonnet provide a practical ready-to-use cutting solution.
