Safety Speed Mfg 37 x 60 Inch 10 HP 220V Wide Belt Sander

The Safety Speed WBS3760101 37 Inch x 60 Inch Wide Belt Sander is designed to streamline demanding wood sanding operations with a durable construction and production-focused features. Powered by a 10 HP single-phase 220V motor, this machine provides substantial sanding capability for professional woodworking environments. Photoelectric belt tracking helps maintain consistent belt positioning, while pneumatic belt tensioning supports reliable abrasive operation. The removable 2 1/2 Inch platen and dual height adjustment indicators provide flexibility for controlled sanding. Two rubber-covered pinch rollers and a rubber-covered contact roller help maintain secure workpiece movement through the sanding system. The conveyor table is supported by four 3/4 Inch ACME-threaded jackscrews for stable height adjustment. Additional features include five emergency stops, a 6 Inch internal dust chute, and a 3/4 HP conveyor motor. A 3-year warranty provides added support for long-term equipment ownership.
