TK manual cutters are a new concept in manual ceramic cutting. They are the only ASYMMETRIC monoguide cutters on the market. With a combination of cutting-edge materials and an innovative design, the TK from RUBI is the most advanced manual ceramic tile cutter on the market.

Its 1500 kg of maximum power and its exclusive and patented separating mechanism allow the professional tiler to operate the cutter with one hand, thus facilitating work with large formats of ceramic tile.

The TK manual cutters are compatible with the entire new range of PLUS SLS (Secure Lock System) cutting wheels from RUBI, and are supplied with one Ø 22 mm EXTREME cutting wheel.

Its large cutting capacity and great power allow it to cut pieces up to 21 mm thick*, with the possibility of adjusting the working position and adapting the power of the machine according to the thickness of the material. * There are some ceramic materials with thicknesses greater than 15 mm, which, due to their physical characteristics, possible internal stresses, or finishes, are difficult to cut manually. It is advisable to make some sample cuts to determine the compatibility of the product.

Its special design with an asymmetric guide provides great visibility of the scoring wheel during marking, and it is also equipped with special bearings suitable for high load conditions that offer smooth and precise sliding.

The operation of separating the ceramic consists of a trigger and ratchet system that provides a feeling of safety and power when separating the ceramic.

It includes a removable aluminum square provided with a magnetic system, with which we will improve the precision in the measurement and avoid possible movements or misalignments. It also includes an additional screw fixation in order to completely fix the square profile.

The TK manual cutters have been specially designed to work with large-format tiles.
