The ridgid 83145 is a hinged pipe cutter designed for rapid cutting of 6 to 8 In. steel pipe. This cutter operates with minimal cutter rotation as necessary for tight quarters. This cutter is furnished with an extra sharp wheel for up to 40% faster cutting.
