Relton's NEW Rapid Tap is a transparent, chemically-active, all purpose cutting oil designed to optimize tool life, machine speed, and surface finish in a broad range of machining operations on a wide variety of metals. NEW Rapid Tap is formulated from the highest-quality oils and features a unique balance of organic compounds of EP agents and fatty additives. In addition, NEW Rapid Tap contains a mist suppressant to minimize fogging and stray mist in the workplace. The base oils from which NEW RAPID TAP is made have low pour points which facilitate handling when these products are stored at low temperatures. The high flash point ensures a low degree of smoking in higher-temperature operations.
