The 719T Mortiser, 1HP 1Ph 115/230V, is an easy-to-use solution for creating joints, so your furniture pieces stick together securely. It has a 1hp motor runs the spindle at up to 1,725 rpm to get the job done quickly. This Powermatic mortiser features cast-iron construction to give it outstanding stability and strength. A swiveling vise clamp allows you to secure angled pieces for more precise results. The table mortiser's rack and pinion system features gas cylinder controls to give you smoother raising and lowering action. This tool's depth stop is easy to adjust so you can set it to a single depth and repeat it for more uniform results across multiple pieces.
