A larger version of our popular Cheese Melting Dome, this 11.5" diameter dome redirects rising heat and steam back down onto your food as it cooks. This means cheese melts almost instantly on burgers on the grill, and sunny-side up eggs become perfectly cooked. We love this for sauteeing onions and mushrooms, diner-style on a griddle too.
