They have a thumb screw with a screwdriver through-hole that gives you enough space for maximum torque. The Milwaukee 10-inch Maxbite curved jaw locking pliers feature a forged alloy steel construction for durability and long-lasting use. The unique Maxbite jaw increases the pressure points around pipes and fasteners, making gripping these items easier. The pliers also have hardened jaws that increase their grip force. For simple use, these Milwaukee jobsite locking pliers have a quick one-handed release. They also use TORQUE LOCK™, an adjustment system that lets you change the size of the jaws and grip a variety of differently sized materials.
