MicroJig’s FITFINDER Wave Reversible Glue Joint Bit solves two of the problems with traditional glue line joints;excess material use and unsightly exposed joints. The smooth wave cutting profile creates an attractive finishto the exposed ends of your cutting boards and serving trays while removing less than 1/4" of stock for eachjoint rather than the 3/8” or more typically required.The Wave bits are easy to center on your stock using the patented Center Platform milled into the bits.Measure the stock with the FITFINDER 1/2 Gauge and set the bit height precisely every time. The 1/2” shankWave bit works on stock from 1/4" (6.35mm) to 1-1/4” (32mm) thick and features a milled boss for exact fencepositioning. The 1/4" Shank Wave bit includes a bearing for template use allowing for curved glue line joints instock from 1/4" (6.35mm) to 3/4" (19mm) thick.
