The Metabo HPT WP 1100-125 4.5/5 Inch Angle Grinder is engineered for fast material removal in a compact, lightweight design that improves handling and comfort during extended operation. Its powerful 11-amp, 700 Watt motor delivers up to 7000 RPM for controlled grinding, cutting, weld preparation, brushing, and metal removal applications. Advanced airflow design with an unobstructed rear air inlet and optimized cooling improves overload capacity and extends motor durability, while epoxy-coated windings and auto-stop carbon brushes increase service life in demanding environments. The low-profile die-cast aluminum gear housing supports work in confined spaces, and the tool-free, burst-resistant 4.5/5 inch guard enables fast, secure adjustments. A lock-on slide switch and ergonomic two-position side handle improve comfort and control, while AC/DC compatibility and wide accessory support provide added versatility across industrial and jobsite applications.
