The Metabo HPT WEPBA 20-125 5 Inch Quick DS BL Angle Grinder features a high-performance 15-amp, 1600-W brushless motor, delivering up to 80 percent power transfer efficiency for maximum productivity and reduced energy consumption. Engineered for heavy-duty industrial metalworking, it provides a lightweight, ultra-compact design for improved handling and control in demanding applications. The long-life brushless motor lasts up to 3 times longer than traditional brushed motors, eliminating carbon brush maintenance while improving durability. Tacho Constamatic electronics maintain a constant 11000 RPM under load for fast, consistent material removal and reliable performance. Safety is enhanced through a rapid electronic brake system for quick wheel stopping, along with integrated anti-kickback, overload protection, soft start, restart protection, and a secure tether point. The Metabo M-Quick system enables fast tool-free disc changes with a twist-proof adjustable guard, while the VibraTech anti-vibration side handle and auto-balancer reduce vibration by up to 50 percent for improved comfort and control.
