The Max USA TWINTIER RB613T Rebar Tying Tool provides fast, consistent reinforcement tying for demanding concrete construction applications. Designed for #5 x #5 through #9 x #10 rebar combinations, its large jaw capacity accommodates a broad range of reinforcement configurations for improved jobsite versatility. The TWINTIER technology completes a tie in approximately 1/2 second, delivering faster operation than the previous RB611T while helping crews increase productivity. A new wire-loading assist mechanism simplifies installation of dual wire, while the reduced-effort trigger improves operating comfort during repetitive work. The Wire Bending Mechanism creates a shorter tie height, helping reduce the amount of concrete required to cover each tie. Its Wire Pull Back Mechanism dispenses only the amount of wire needed for each tie, supporting material savings and consistent results. With durable construction and up to 5,000 ties per charge, the RB613T helps reduce manual tying effort and associated ergonomic strain.
