This Makita 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion rotary hammer is precisely designed to deliver synchronized RPM and BPM for more efficient and faster drilling. The 7/8 Inch cordless hammer has an efficient Makita BL™ brushless motor that delivers 0 to 1200 RPM and 0 to 4000 BPM. Tool is jam packed with ease-of-use and efficiency features like 3-mode operation that is rotation only, hammering with rotation and hammer only for multiple applications. The built-in clutch of tool is specially designed to minimize gear damage by automatically disengaging gears, if the bit binds. Hammer featuring 3-mode operation and a built-in torque limiter assures stable torque control for a wide range of concrete drilling tasks. The Star Protection Computer Controls™ technology allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions while in use to safeguard against over-loading, over-discharging and over-heating. Tool is fitted with shock absorbent handle to protect the battery housing for extra durability. Tool chisel rotates 360 degree with 40 different positions for enhanced performance. The SDS-Plus rotary hammer ensures faster and more efficient percussive drilling. Hammer has large 2-finger variable speed trigger for added operator convenience. Electric brake facilitates the tool to be repositioned faster for increased productivity. Tool comes with a rubberized soft grip handle to give superior comfort during operation.
