Makita Air Compressor - 2.5 HP

The Makita Big Bore air compressor is powered by a powerful 2.5 HP 4-pole motor that delivers 4.2 cfm at 90 PSI for increased productivity and lower noise. Roll-cage construction offers complete protection to withstand extreme jobsite environments. Pump is oil-lubricated for cooler running temperatures and minimizes wear. Copper finned discharge tubing offers enhanced heat dissipation and reduced water in the tank. Durable cast iron cylinder minimizes wear and increases pump life. Large automotive style industrial air filter ensures added air intake and greater efficiency. Low AMP draw reduces incidences of tripped breakers at start-up. Lever-handle ball valve tank drain improves upon standard petcock design for easier maintenance and air tank release. Oil drain and oil sight glass is conveniently located for easy access and maintenance.
